METRO Westside

Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is constructing a 3.9 mile heavy rail line  – Westside Purple Line Subway Extension Project – Section 1 – that will operate from its current terminus at Wilshire/Western Station to a new western terminus in Beverly Hills at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard.


West Valley Towers is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired. All 57 units were scheduled for a full rehabilitation and required the temporary relocation of all of its residents.

METRO Section Two

Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is continuing the second section of the high-capacity rail project – Westside Purple Line Subway Extension Project – Section 2 – with an additional 2.59 mile of tracks. The expansion will include two new stations at Wilshire/Rodeo to Century Park East/Constellation.

Jordan Downs Housing

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) plans to revitalize the Jordan Downs community, a 670 unit public housing community for recreation and enrichment.

Water Replenishment District (WRD)

Groundwater Reliability Improvement Program (GRIP) will replace most, if not all, of the imported water purchased for replenishment in the Montebello Forebay Spreading Grounds with recycled water, thus reducing the region’s reliance on imported water.


Bob Hope Airport Regional Intermodal Transportation Center project was an environmentally sustainable construct designed to weather and remain operational following great seismic activity.


The Village at Century project in Inglewood assembled 16 acres of blighted, vacant and occupied properties into a 193,000-square-foot commercial development—the first of a two-phase, 51-acre redevelopment project to revitalize the Darby-Dixon neighborhood airport.
